Nose: Sweet and fruity; a layer of thick honey encases aromas of banana, lime, and coconut. Malty undertones develop and, with time, gentle hints of fresh menthol emerge. Taste: Initial sweetness of soft vanilla fudge and elegant white chocolate opens into cracked pink peppercorn and tangy grapefruit flavours. Bursts of fresh citrus linger. Finish: Sweet and balanced with a citrus and charred oak edge.
