12. Knob Creek
Single Barrel Cask #18011C Knob Creek Single Barrel Cask #18011C was personally selected for BCLIQUOR. It was barrel aged in Warehouse K on the 6 th floor, rick 9, tier 3. The whiskey has aromas of sweet caramel, brown sugar and creamy vanilla. The decadence of the brown sugar carries over into the palate, but it balanced with the soft toasty oakiness. The finish is extremely smooth and approachable.
