105. Knob Creek Single Barrel Cask 17358 Exclusive cask bottling for BCLIQUOR. Cask #178 was aged in warehouse K on the 5th floor on rack 26. The whiskey is very aromatic with lots of baking spices upfront, followed by vanilla, caramel and sweet tea. There are layers of toasty oak, mocha and spice on the palate. The finish lingers with hints of dark chocolate and a hint of pecan.

Private Selection BCL Mocha Revival
Exclusive cask bottling for BCLIQUOR. Beginning as fully matured Maker’s Mark at cask strength, Private Select is created by adding 10 custom wood finishing staves to each barrel. It’s then aged in a limestone cellar to extract a unique, flavourful taste profile. This is a rich whiskey that has warm aromas of dark chocolate, hints of espresso with classic vanilla. The mocha flavours layer over caramel and toasty vanilla with a touch of allspice. Rich coffee flavours linger on the finish.
