Only the finest Scottish Lowland barley and pristine water from the River Bladnoch are used in this pursuit of greatness. This marks the first time Bladnoch has used Pedro Ximénez sherry casks in handcrafting this 19-year-old expression. The flavourful casks impart warming notes of licorice, nutmeg and dried apricot in this non-chill filtered, golden-hued release.

40. Bladnoch Alinta “Alinta” is an Australian indigenous word meaning “fire” and “flames,” which evokes the notes of campfire embers found in each sip. This expression utilises PX sherry and ex-bourbon casks combined for a sweet smoky peated spirit, which sets Alinta apart from anything previously released by Bladnoch. The creamy smoke mingled with fall florals and sweet oak evokes images of crackling smoky wood on a warm summer eve amidst a plethora of dried fruits, raisins, nuts and chocolate to fill the warm night.
