36. Tullibardine 1973 Custodian’s Collection Tullibardine 1973 is the fifth edition of the prestigious Custodian’s Collection. Drawn from deep in Tullibardine’s cellars that hold some rare and precious whiskies, this edition was produced from a sherry butt that was re-casked in 2014. Distilled on September 29, 1973, this expression has been aged for 49 years. On the nose you’ll find a delightful combination of rich caramel, vanilla pods and butterscotch. Delicate, warm oak spices, toasted oak and caramelised brown sugar intensify on the palate, and the complexity deepens for a sweet luxurious texture. A lingering, creamy and rich finish. This expression is limited to just 300 bottles worldwide. Each bottle comes with an individual Custodian card and membership to the Custodian Club.
