The Macallan M Copper 2022 Release M Copper is the embodiment of The Macallan’s respect for those who have come before us and an ode to the Curiously Small Stills that play an integral role in how they craft their precious spirit. With a natural colour of spun gold, M Copper is a vibrant and elegant expression with a buttery, viscous, mouth-coating texture bursting with fruitiness with a hint of sweet malty flavour. This single malt’s copper- coloured Lalique crystal decanter represents the stills and reflects the authenticity which drives the brand through its dedication to innovative methods. Nose: Sweet banana, pear and white peach combined with malty biscuit, marshmallow and vanilla with a hint of citrus lemon. Palate: Pear drops, caramelised banana and sherbet, developing into malt and spiced oak. Finish: Long, smooth toasted oak.
