178. St-Rémy Finished In Port Casks The Cask Finish Collection celebrates St-Rémy’s Master Blender’s expertise in maturing St-Rémy in various types of casks. This expression “Finished in Port Casks,” released as a limited edition of only 13,360 individually numbered bottles, includes a maturation stage in oak casks that previously held tawny port, a fortified Portuguese wine produced in the Douro region. Nose: Well-balanced notes of black and dry fruits (raisin, prune), roasted nuts, coffee, dried flowers, honey and toffee. Palate: Smooth and subtle. Dry fruits aromas, notes of black fruits and roasted nuts, with a hint of minerality.

179. Père Magloire VSOP
Single Malt Cask Finish Calvados This blend of Calvados VSOP was first aged in French oak barrels in Père Magloire’s cellar in Normandy and then further rested in ex- single malt whisky barrels from Scottish islands. Nose: Spicy, slightly smoky with hints of heather. Palate: Generous palate, cooked apple, woody and finely peaty notes. Finish: Complex length.
