Hearts Collection 1993 Rum From the mind—or should we say, heart—of renowned master blender Joy Spence, the Hearts Collection is dedicated to single marque rums distilled with a Forsyth pot still at the Appleton Estate distillery in Jamaica. Blended from 13 casks distilled in 1993, this expression was aged for a minimum of 29 years, releasing aromas of vibrant nutmeg, cinnamon and gentle mint with butterscotch, toasted oak and honeyed vanilla on the palate.

Hearts Collection 2002 Rum The Hearts Collection was created by master blender Joy Spence to showcase single marque rums distilled with a Forsyth pot still at the heart of Jamaica. This 2002 vintage was blended from 20 casks and aged for a minimum of 20 years, creating an expression with notes of orange blossoms, molasses, vanilla caramel and roasted coffee.
