Handcrafted in small batches by fourth-generation mezcaleros, Ilegal Mezcal is made with perfectly ripe, sustainable Espadín agave and double-distilled in the Santiago Matatlan Valley of Oaxaca, Mexico. This joven mezcal has full-bodied agave flavour with light smoke and lingering heat. Eucalyptus and mineral aromas complement hints of green apple, fresh citrus and red chiltepe.
