The 4 th Craftsmanship Series release, Ginger Beer Cask Rye whisky, is crafted from 100% rye grain aged for seven years and bottled at 50% ABV. To take this limited-edition product to the next level, Master Blender/Distiller Tim Wilson fermented his own ginger beer, and used it to season bourbon barrels for 44 days. This 100% rye whisky was then finished in those casks for 12 weeks, infusing it with a delightful twist of ginger that enhances the natural complexity of the rye. Expect notes of sweet ginger, oak, and stone fruit, with hints of orange zest, lime, and spice.
