With only 99 bottles, this unique 29-year-old liquid was first held in a refill bourbon hogshead for 26 years and then finished for three years in a bespoke French pink oak cask from Demptos Cooperage in Bordeaux. The French pink oak brings elegant fruit and floral notes, in particular strawberry characteristics, which perfectly complement the Fettercairn tropical house style.
