Planteray Sealander Rum honours our decades of journeys to the great terroirs of rum, from the Atlantic to the Indian and South Pacific oceans. Sealander is, to our knowledge, the world’s first and only rum to traverse three oceans, uniting the traditions of three great rum-producing islands: Barbados, renowned for elegance and balance; Mauritius, adding fresh herbal notes; and Fiji, rounding out the blend with fruitiness and complex structure. On the nose, a gentle and rich opening on Christmas spices complements notes of quince jelly, gooseberry, and gingerbread, with hints of smoky molasses. On the palate, luscious and delicate notes of clover honey and nutmeg meet liquorice, cinnamon, and vanilla fudge, leaving a lingering sweetness that balances the overall profile.
