Macallan returns with the fourth edition of its Harmony Collection, this time taking inspiration from the world-famous Cirque du Soleil, the largest and most renowned contemporary circus theatre production globally. Intense vanilla bean aromas accompanied by sweet sherbert and lime zest give way to fragrant pears nestled in delicate vanilla sponge cake. On the palate, flavours of creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery shortbread, and lightly toasted coconut are accompanied by almond brittle, apple, and sweet oak. The finish is medium and sweet, with lingering vanilla.

Sumptuous Medjool dates, sweet baked figs, and rich milk chocolate are accompanied by delicate hints of honey and a tropical character reminiscent of dried mango and ripe papaya. A real sweetness is evident with sherry-seasoned dried fruits, orange marmalade, and honeycomb. Soft spiced notes of ginger and cinnamon develop. Bursts of caramelized pineapple and creamy vanilla linger with the exquisite balance of subtle dark chocolate and coffee.
