141. Penelope Copper Series Rio 2024 “Penelope’s Cooper Series showcases unusual cask finishes. This one features amburana oak, a rare species native to South America—hence the name Rio. Unusual but very inviting, with aromas of honeysuckle, raisin, coffee cake, and ripe banana. The palate is cinnamon-dominated and spicy, with rum raisin ice cream and Big Red gum. Mid to short length on the finish but full of flavor. Playful, simple, and delicious.”
142. Rabbit Hole Heigold Single Barrel Cask Strength This single barrel was exclusively selected for BCLIQUOR. This single barrel expression has been gracefully aged in a toasted and charred, hand-selected American oak barrel. At full cask strength, with nothing added and nothing taken away, this one-of-a-kind whiskey is a sensory experience to be cherished. Aromas of toasted malt and baking spices reveal butterscotch, citrus, and pepper spice on the palate. Only 198 bottles produced.
